Joining the Fort Collins Chapter of the Apartment Association is as easy as filling out the form and mailing it to the PO Box on the
top of the form along with payment.
Membership is an annual renewal.
Membership prices are a flat fee of $150 plus
$.95 per rental unit. If you own zero rentals the rate of membership goes to a flat fee of $330 per year.
You can also pre-pay
for your luncheons on a yearly basis at $10 per person per luncheon or you can pay at the door for the same price. Credit cards,
cash or check are accepted for payment.

Vendors can
advertise in our monthly newsletter for a low cost per year. There are three different ad sizes available; Business card
size is $200 per year, 1/4 page is $350 per year and 1/2 page is $500 per year. There are a total of 12 newsletters printed
and mailed or emailed to all active members for the year.
