Membership in the Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association provides automatic membership in the
Colorado Apartment Association and
the
Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association
An Organization of cooperative members dedicated to the enhancement of the rental housing industry through education, networking, information, leadership, professionalism and community mindedness.
The Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association (NoCoRHA) gives the multi-housing industry credibility and prestige in the Fort Collins business world. It is the only association in Larimer County dedicated exclusively to the rental housing industry. Our Chapter includes a diverse membership consisting of private owners, investors, professional property managers, on-site personnel, real estate agents, CSU Housing, and vendors and suppliers of related housing goods and services.
